Welcome Home!
We focus on renovations and new builds in existing communities to bring modern design and conveniences to timeless, family-friendly neighborhoods. We can work with you to identify a property to purchase, or you can bring your own land. We will then work together to design a plan to meet your family needs and desires.
The Plan
We have a number of pre-existing plans that are designed for city lots. These provide a starting point we can customize to meet your needs.
The Selections
We will work closely with you on the selections process and will help you choose the finishes, paint colors, floor coverings, cabinets, fixtures, lighting and appliances that fit your personal style.
The Finished Product
Michelle works with licensed general contractors with years experience in the home building industry. They're on site daily during the renovation or build, providing hands-on attention to make your dream home a reality. A typical build takes 7-9 months, making our process one of the most efficient in the Twin Cities.
